DPD Courier Service

The majority of the standard keys (i.e PLUS KEYS, 65 series, A series) can be cut and posted within 2 working days of order, however some specialist keys are constructed in Germany at ABUS' main warehouse meaning they may take up to 10 - 15 days. In this instance you will be advised of this via email or telephone.

Everything we despatch from our warehouse goes via our reliable courier service DPD.
Security of your key is vital as loss of your package may lead to a change of locks and lots of hassle.

Once the key is cut and packaged it will leave here on a next day service and will require a signature from yourself or a resident at your address.

It is the responsibility of you the customer to provide us with a correct delivery address. We cannot be liable for items delivered incorrectly by DPD and strongly advise you take care when entering your details.
